Reformer classes are booked out for a reason and priced accordingly. The board brings the part that makes them work, resistance you pull against from a stable base, into a piece that splits in two and stores behind a door. Rows, presses, lunges, glute kickbacks and standing core work, forty-odd moves on one board.
Why it works
- Two-part base with a non-slip surface that stays put on parquet, tile and carpet
- Resistance ropes with padded handles and foot straps clip to the base for rows, presses and leg work
- Splits into two halves, so it fits behind a wardrobe or under a bed
- Low-impact loading for core, hips and shoulders, the reason physios recommend Pilates
- Comes with an exercise guide of 40 plus moves
What is in the box
