Where do you ship?
Germany, all EU countries, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Shipping costs appear at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item. Heavier equipment such as the weighted vest, walking pad and vibration plate ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Germany and reaches German addresses in 3 to 5 business days. Lighter items ship from Asia and take 8 to 15 business days after 1 to 3 days of processing. Heimform Studio items are printed to order in your region: 2 to 5 days of production plus 3 to 8 days of delivery. Full details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Will I pay customs duties?
Orders shipped from our German warehouse to EU addresses carry no customs charges and prices include VAT. Items shipped from Asia, and all orders to the UK, US and Canada, may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by your local customs authority unless the listing explicitly states they are prepaid (DDP). Those charges are the buyer's responsibility. Studio items produced in your region carry no duties. See our shipping policy.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging where possible. Contact us first for the return address. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded at our cost. See Right of withdrawal and Returns & Refunds.
Which colour will I receive?
The colour shown in the first photo of each product. Where a product page shows several colours in later photos, those are for illustration only.
Is the equipment safe for heavier users?
Load ratings are listed under Details on each product page. The push-up board is rated to 150 kg; the resistance band set stacks to roughly 68 kg of combined resistance. Inspect bands for wear before each session and replace them if you see cracks.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships. If nothing arrives within the stated timeframe, contact us with your order number.
Who is behind Heimform?
A one-person brand run by Mykhailo Portianoi, a sole trader registered in Ukraine, shipping to Germany and the rest of the EU from a partner warehouse in Germany. Read more on the About page.
