About Heimform

Heimform is a small home-fitness brand run by one person. The shop is operated from Kyiv, Ukraine, and sells to Germany, the rest of the EU, the UK, the US and Canada.

The idea is narrow on purpose. Most people do not need a garage full of equipment to train well at home. They need a handful of pieces that work in a small flat, survive daily use, and do not look like a sports-shop clearance bin. So we keep the range short: weighted vests and a walking pad for low-impact cardio, a compact vibration plate, a Pilates board and ring, a resistance band set that replaces a rack of dumbbells, an ab roller, a cordless jump rope, recovery tools like a portable massage gun, neck stretcher and posture corrector, a grip trainer, and a bottle that helps you drink enough.

Who is behind Heimform

Heimform is owned and run by Mykhailo Portianoi, a sole trader registered in Ukraine. He selects the products, writes every description, answers every email and handles returns himself. Full legal details are on the Contact & Impressum page.

How we work

We choose, we do not just list. Every product on this site is one we would put in our own bag. If a piece stops earning its place, it comes off the site.
Honest descriptions. We write what a product does and what it does not do, with the specs we can verify. No invented reviews, no fake countdown timers.
Partner fulfilment, mostly from Germany. Heimform does not hold its own stock. Orders go to our fulfilment partner, which ships directly: heavier items such as the weighted vest, walking pad and vibration plate leave a warehouse in Germany and arrive in 3 to 5 business days, lighter items ship from Asia in 8 to 15 business days. Every product page says which applies, and so does our shipping information.
Heimform Studio. Our own line of mats, towels, bags and steel bottles is printed to order in Europe, so nothing is produced that nobody wants.
Clear returns. 14-day right of withdrawal on every order, set out on our right of withdrawal and returns and refunds pages.
