Grip strength predicts more than forearm size: it tracks with deadlifts, climbing, tennis, and how your hands feel after a day on a mouse. The gripper turns a call or a long read into a set you can log, because the counter on top does the counting for you.

Why it works

Adjustable spring resistance: dial it down for rehab-style work, up for climbers and lifters
Electronic rep counter, so a set has a number and thirty days has a curve
Textured, acupressure-point handle that stays put in a sweaty hand
Fits a desk drawer, a gym bag or a coat pocket
Thirty days of three sets a day is enough to feel the difference in a handshake

What is in the box

No slipping, comfortable

The grip is more comfortable than the equipment I have used for decades. Thanks to the rubber on the handle there is no slipping. At maximum it feels a bit stronger than my previous one.

Comfortable grip, adjustable resistance

Build quality is solid and the ergonomic grip is comfortable even for longer sessions. The adjustable resistance and the included finger stretcher are a plus.

Great addition to my routine

The equipment feels solid and well-made, and it is surprisingly effective for something so simple. What I like most is how quickly you can feel it working.

Solid material, up to 60 kg with counter

Made of very good material, better than I expected. Goes up to 60 kg and has a counter I find excellent. Ready to train.

Good value for strong forearms

If you want a strong grip and well-trained forearms, you have to do something about it. I have been using the 60 kg trainer for about 1.5 years and I am satisfied: good value for money.

Counter and resistance change are well done

The counter is very well done and the change in resistance is great: you can progress both in repetitions and in grip weight. The maximum setting is hard and needs real grip strength.
