You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or a carrier you named, take physical possession of the last item of the order.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the contract. Use the button on this site, the form below, or simply write to portianoi1993@gmail.com with your order number. Sending the message before the 14 days are over is enough to meet the deadline.
What happens next
- We confirm your cancellation by email and send the return address.
- Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of the return shipment unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, in which case we cover it.
- We refund everything you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of your proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
- You are liable only for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature and properties.
