Perfect for home workouts

Simple, but actually very good. Perfect for exercising at home, practical, easy to use and takes very little space. For the price, a very good option.

Light band is perfect for rehab

These are the rubber tube type, not fabric-covered. The lightest one needs little force to stretch: perfect for shoulder rehabilitation or low-intensity exercise.

Stretched to the max and still fine

I absolutely love these. I have stretched them to the max and they have not broken. I feel a lot more growth after using them, I use them for everything.
