Where we ship. Germany, all EU countries, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices for EU orders include VAT. Orders over 59 EUR ship free.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Estimates are in business days after processing and are based on our carriers' typical transit times. Peak season and customs checks can add a few days.
- Items stocked in our EU warehouse (weighted vest, walking pad, vibration plate): Germany 3 to 5 business days, other EU countries 4 to 8 business days.
- Other training equipment (resistance bands, Pilates bar and board, ab roller, push-up board, jump rope, massage gun, Pilates ring, neck stretcher, posture corrector, grip strengthener, wearable weights, water bottle): shipped from our fulfilment partner's global warehouses. Germany and EU: 8 to 15 business days. United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 8 to 15 business days.
- Heimform Studio items (yoga mat, gym towel, training bag, steel bottle): printed to order in the production facility closest to you. Production 2 to 5 business days, then 3 to 8 business days for delivery.
Each product page states which of these applies. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Duties and taxes
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.
Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.
The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us at portianoi1993@gmail.com with your order number. We trace the parcel with the carrier and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
