14-day return window. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU and UK, and we extend the same 14-day window to customers in the United States and Canada.

How to return an item

1. Email portianoi1993@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return, within 14 days of delivery. You can use the model withdrawal text below or your own words.
2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have the address, because our products ship from different locations.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of your notice, unused and, where possible, in its original packaging. Keep the proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

You bear the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. In those cases, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we either cover the return or ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item or your proof that it was sent, to the original payment method. If an item shows use beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value.

Exceptions

• Sealed hygiene items such as water bottles and towels cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless they are defective.
• Your statutory warranty rights (two years in the EU) are not affected by this policy.
